Just In Time, Every Time
- Orders – We typically manufacture and ship in 1-2 weeks after receiving a purchase order. In an emergency situation we can sometimes deliver sooner if necessary.
- Delivery – packaging ships when needed, freeing up valuable floor space and eliminates accumulation of unused stock. On time delivery is constantly monitored with a goal of 99% being realized.
- Quotes – quotes will be estimated and returned within 2 hours on average.
- Samples – drawings, concepts, or a prototype will be provided within 3 days unless scope of project dictates that additional time is required.
